A while back I had a series of posts on "Religion in Politics." Maybe I should have a new series for "Idiots in Politics." Just listen to the latest "I'm nowhere near being smarter than a fifth grader" comment by Obama:

Myall4One Endorses Chuck Baldwin for President
6.5.08

I despise the Republican Party. They are spineless, gutless weasels. DemocRATS are no better- in fact, they tend to actually be worse. The DemocRAT Party is amoral. Obama is a lying nut and Clinton is a power-hungry wench. McCain is a useless political hack.

Chuck Baldwin is the Constitution Party's nominee for President of the United States of America. While I totally disagree with his opposition to the War Against Terrorism (including the battlefronts in Iraq and Afghanistan), I agree with all the other platforms the Party holds to and while I preferred Alan Keyes as a candidate, I will pledge my support to Chuck Baldwin.

I have been told by other Christians and Conservatives that I am wasting my vote. However, voting for John McCain is immoral. He is a lying politician who has no true allegiance to anyone but himself. He is not Conservative. He does not espouse Christian values or beliefs. How is voting for a creep using my vote wisely? How can I vote against my principles or convictions?

Therefore, I go on record as supporting Chuck Baldwin and the Constitution Party. I reject Mr. McCain and his liberal voting record and pseudo-conservative history. I reject Mrs. Clinton and her quest for a Clinton Dynasty. I reject Mr. Obama and his calls for "Change"- his calls that have a lack of any substance at all. They are all wasting our time. Chuck Baldwin has substance and a Conservative world view.

Below are some links about Chuck Baldwin and the Constitution Party:
"I will say it straight out: any Christian or conservative who supports John McCain has no principles left worth defending!" - Chuck Baldwin

O, Canada...
4.5.08

Today my family was off MacDill Air Force Base in a Yacht. No, I am not rich and famous, it was a cruise. We watched the annual air show from off-shore. These are some pictures I took with my HP Photosmart 735 camera. They are photos of the Canadian Air Force's "Snow Birds." Impressive demonstration.

Ohhh, Canada...
1.5.08

I was reading the "Church Executive Magazine" article about a Canadian Ministry the was fined because a worker broke her employment contract and became engaged in a homosexual relationship with another woman. She was terminated from the ministry.

The Ontario Human Rights Commission approved of the rulings. As some of my Canadian friends have told me, and posted about (Rand at A Form of Sound Words), Canada has chosen in large part to oppose God. I know that this type of ruling is a dream for liberals and so-called "libertarians" here in the United States.

May God send one last "Spiritual Awakening" to the United States and Canada before He sends judgment. Oh God, please send us a Josiah! Send one to the United States and another to Canada.

I Remember Diane... (2008)

My dear sister, whom I miss as much today as ever, would have been 33 today. Today I cannot celebrate with her, but I am overjoyed for her. She had a difficult life, but God rewarded her with what was dearest to her: a family. Robbie, her husband (who is like a brother to me), her son Gabriel and her daughter Charisma. She also had Robbie's family- a nice large group- to make up for the family she did not have growing up.

I can rejoice in the fact that she was dedicated to Jesus. Her life was a testimony to her love for him- especially as she battled cancer.

The picture on the right was taken in Lakeland, Florida as Diane was battling cancer. We had such hope that she would beat it- and I guess in a way she did. She is free from cancer now, praise God!

Links From My Church
21.4.08
Click on the following link to here our choir Singing "Just Over in the Gloryland."

And on this link to hear my pastor preaching "People Began to Call on the Lord."

Our church is Antioch Fellowship Baptist Church.  My pastor is a man of God whom I respect greatly.  We just celebrated his fifth year of ministry with Antioch.  Though I am Reformed and he is not, our fellowship is wonderful and our work together is worthwhile.  Praise God for His bringing my family into this church.

Mid-Week Service
16.4.08
I was called by my pastor to lead the Mid-Week service again. I did not have much prep-time. I decided to have a Bible Study Quiz. I had a decent 10 question quiz with Scripture references. As the service started, we sang "Leaning on the Everlasting Arms." It was cool. Hymn number 211 in the National Baptist Hymnal I think.

Then I called on one of the men in the church to pray. Good stuff there. Next we sang "What a Friend We Have in Jesus." Not sure of that hymn number. Then I took prayer requests. There were a large mix of Prayer Requests and Praise Reports.

Then we sang another hymn. 244 I think. "Just over in the Gloryland." All four verses. I wished there were eight. God just filled my soul with peace and joy. As we were nearing the end of the song I realized God was leading me elsewhere.

We turned to Acts 8.4-8. And I preached. I was excited and felt the passion for God's Word and the zeal to be obedient to His direction. I preached without notes or preparation. This is not a testimony of my abilities. I am not that able. It was God working through me. Unfortunately, this means there is no customary outline. Fortunately, it also means that I ministered in a way I know was by the leading of God.

I praise God for His guidance. I thank Him for His Word. I thank Him for my pastor, a man who trusts me enough to allow me to fill his place of ministry when he is absent.

A reason to fear for the United States...

Scary, eh? Obama has no clue. He is about as bright as an egg plant. Cut defense? Does he really trust Vladimir's Pootin' to disarm his nuclear arsenal? He is joking, right? Maybe Barack Hussein Obama does want God to Damn America like his pastor does. Only thing is that Obama will have the power to make that happen if he is elected president. God forbid. As I said before, Barack Hussein Obama may well be the last president of the United States if he is elected.
